Agensi Pekerjaan Hai Yang Sdn Bhd (237114-V) is an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources (JTK) and the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) for the sourcing and distribution of foreign domestic helpers from Indonesia and The Philippines to local employers in Malaysia.
How We Started
Since our humble beginnings in Penang in 1992, we have expanded our operations to Kuala Lumpur in December 2022.
Our Mission
We aim to uplift the employment agency industry in Malaysia by building long-lasting relationships between diligent, reliable foreign domestic helpers and local Malaysian families with a quality mindset. To do so, we ensure that each domestic helper recruited is legally-registered, medically fit and professionally-trained to go above and beyond their employer’s needs and expectations. We also offer long-lasting, quality after-sales services for your peace of mind throughout your journey with our domestic helpers.

INTERVIEW WITH MAIDS
We’ll set up an interview with you and the potential candidates via online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Call, etc., all at your convenience.

PROVIDE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
After selecting a maid, provide us with the necessary documents and sign the contract.

APPLICATION PROCESS
We’ll take care of all the paperwork, from buying insurance, medical check-ups and getting permits from the Embassy, the Labour department and the Immigration department.

SIT BACK & RELAX...
Keep calm and wait for your maid to show up at your doorstep! Once the maid arrives in Malaysia, we’ll provide a quick orientation for both you and the maid.

ENJOY OUR AFTER-SALES SERVICE
You are always welcomed at our KL office for any enquires or feedbacks (and some light refreshments!). We provide counselling services and training, visa and contract renewals, exit-memo services as well as change of maid services.
